Our Mission

We know that sometimes working out can feel like a chore, other times it can feel like an exciting endeavor. No matter where you’re at in your fitness journey, we want to create an exercise experience that is a positive part of life, rather than a necessary evil.

One big determinant of whether you love or loathe your workout is what type of exercise you’re doing. Try Cardio Flashdance®, and it’s not the right fit for you, no hard feelings – but secretly we know you won’t be able to deny your new workout addiction.

Our Story

Cardio Flashdance® was born out of an Aussie living in Paris who was missing the dance-inspired workout classes she grew up loving in Australia, NYC and London. Combining a passion for music and movement, we wanted to create an effective workout that is simply rooted in good vibes and functional wellness.

The founder, Kylie, has been active in the fitness world (pun intended) for over 30 years. She was a classically trained ballerina until she decided to pursue artistic gymnastics, representing Australia at the World Championships before being recruited to compete in NCAA college gymnastics in the United States.

After years of intense training and the injuries that coincide, Kylie found herself returning to dance fitness training as a great way to actually enjoy getting back into shape and help with rehabilitation. After spending time in America and London, Kylie now lives in Paris where she enjoys bringing her clients the feel-good workout of their dreams.
